HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai is the direct Chairperson of the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA).
